Cobra commander latest weapon has taken shape, and with his weather machine he would rule the world! The only problem is that his latest subordinate Serpentor seems to be treacherous. However that won’t stop him, neither the Joes can stop him from his goal.

The commander went with some of his troops to meet his(and Cobra’s) first extra-terrestrial ally Viper the Decepticon! Viper tells the good news that the weapon is fully operational. Though he just met his species, Cobra commander could tell something was wrong, as he could see Viper was worried.

Viper explained that he feels that something bad will happen soon, and Cobra commander allowed him to investigate(as he wanted no complications to his plan). Meanwhile G.I.Joe in their headquarters were preparing for an assault on Cobra Island.

Scarlett was interrogating a captured Cobra Paratrooper about the location of Cobra Island, after some tears he told her and she gave this info to Joe Colton in person. As the Joes piled into their vehicles, Sci-fi pointed out that the need to act very quickly.

The Joes could tell that the weather machine was responsible for the freak weather recently. Heavy duty vowed to stop Cobra’s current scheme to stop the superweapon from ruining the world as they headed off. Later as Cobra commander was looking at a picture of his old mentor, he noticed something at the back at his eye.

The Commander went out and saw storms brewing. Being told that nobody has turned the machine on, Cobra Commander went to investigate. Meanwhile the forces of G.I.Joe were approaching Cobra island, every second they got closer, the storm intensified.

At the same time, Cobra Commander went to the back section of the island, where he used hydraulic energy to power his device. He turned to see Serpentor with a pistol in his hands, but he easily disarmed the traitor. This didn’t stop a fistfight happening though, and it quickly got very bloody indeed.

Later on the Joes raided Cobra island, in the middle of the battle that ensued. The Baroness picked up a fight with Scarlett. Baroness was a good fighter, however Scarlett overpowered and arrested her. Meanwhile the Commander’s and Serpentor battle intensified.

Cobra commander boasts that he’ll enjoy executing Serpentor, however Serpentor shot him in the leg with a secret blaster he had, making the commander fall into the river not to be seen surviving. At the same time, the Joes destroyed the weather machine, to no effect.

Everybody panicked, as Sci-fi tried to discover why the freak weather was still happening. Serpentor arrived and declared Cobra commander to have been killed by the Joes, and have nominated him in his place, enraged, Cobra put on an offensive.

The mere ferocity of their counterattack made the Joes retreat. Flint was appalled by the defeat, but at least Cobra commander was dead. Later Serpentor was addressing Zartan and Destro, for him this was only the beginning, a new era of domination of him through Cobra.

Back at their headquarters, the Joes contemplated all they learned from the battle, Cobra commander was dead and their island location id now know, but their a new leader, and they still lost the fight. Looking at sampled data, Sci-fi concludes that the weather machine couldn’t have done all the havoc that was done lately.

He also noticed that their were abnormal activity at earths core, opining up many questions. Meanwhile Cobra commander woke up in a small summer house. A disguised man approached him and explained what happened to the commander. Cobra commander realised who it was, it was his old mentor, Old Snake!!
