A “The Galactic Gazetteer, a guide of the galaxy” is a book within Suleforger continuity, though not the story, Novella, or comic your used to. Non the less this is certainly a canon piece of material for this Universe. With those being listed, their likely a chance theirs more then just those nations, mainly because the cybertronian commonwealth could hide other empires.
