Transformers vs G.I. Joe 3 of 4
Summery:
Sometime later, both Guzzle and co and the G.I. Joe unit led by Duke arrived at the Nearest Acanoth base in the area as they go inside the facility. With Nella Jones explaining the history of the Acanoth organisation to Duke and co as they walked though the facility.
Shakedown noticed what seemed to be cells, and Breakaway explained that this is one of the many facility where they seeped captured Decepticons. Smokescreen asked if they used Cybertronian technology in their construction, which Musket said it's all human built, as it would be illegal for them to share technology with humanity as according to the Tyrest accord.
The two groups then went into a large amphitheatre, where it was large enough for both Humans and Cybertronians to sit on. Once everyone was seated, Nella Jones then started to explain what they have learned:
For the past few weeks, their has been strange detections of Unspace energy across the planet, with each occurrence of this energy getting stronger then the last, with the tech at hand , they managed to locate the source of the energy to Cobra island.
Now usually, Acanoth deals with extraterrestrial threats, however the strange activity on the island has led many to theorise that Cobra is developing an Unspace drive of their own with Decepticon help, if true then the confiscation and/or destruction of the device is paramount.
When asked what an Unspace drive is by Sci-fi, Breakaway explained it's a ftl travel engine that allows a person to teleport anywhere within the range of the device, with no know upper limit on where it can teleport someone once they have the co-ordinates.
Many of Duke teammates started to panic, as they realise with such a device, it would allow Cobra to easily teleport across long distances, granting them a great edge in their quest for world domination.
Nella Jones told them not to panic, as since they know the location of the speculated Unspace drive is, they can go in and either confiscate it and/or destroy it. When Flint mentioned that they recently tried to invade Cobra island and failed, Nella said that this time they will have help from not only Acanoth, but also have Cybertronian help in the form of the Autobots.
When asked if Guzzle and co will also assist in helping them in this endeavour, Guzzle said that he and his two associates were more than happy to help. The fact that that this speculated Unspace drive could be connected to the Unspace signature they have been sent to investigate is just a nice bonus.
Two days later, Cobra island was reeling from their recent disagreement with Croc Master, as their trying to get all the islands defences back together, all the while Serpentor is still having the M.A.S.S device undergo tests, as he plans to use it for world domination.
In a rare occurrence, Munitia herself decided to visit Cobra island in order to run the final tests on the device before it can be considered fully safe for human use. However before they could start the final test, the alarm went of, as they were being invaded.
Serpentor demanded to know who was attackingCobra island this time, and one of his subordinates showed him that a collection of both humans and Cybertronians have started attacking the island, with Serpentor recognising Flint, Scarlett, Heavy Duty Lady Jaye and Snake Eyes as some of the members of G.I.Joe that tried to invade Cobra island 3 weeks ago.
Munitia became concerned of the Autobot presence, and gave a look at Viper. Viper apologied to her for getting them on the verge of being caught, and that he'll fix things now, as he flies in order to rectify his mistake, as he goes to engage the joint Autobot/Acanoth/ GI Joe invasion.
