Mystery on Mederi
On the planetoid Mederi, Stardrive was walking though the facilities alongside, her classmates Sata and Auxin and her teacher Nikomi as their Ship landed on one of Mederi starship hangers, haven heard strange disappearance happening on parts of Mederi, Nikomi decided to take Stardrive and co along in order to gain more experience.
As one of the local medical Androids called the Deathbringers greeted them and started giving them a tour of this part of Mederi, Stardrive could look only in awe at her surroundings, as Mederi was one of the most beautiful places she ever been to.
Sata and Auxin on the other hand, were rather bored out of their minds, and instead were talking to one another about various topics. Whilst Stardrive was a bit disappointed that they didn't see the beauty in the planetoid as she did, she was at least happy they weren't backbiting her like they usually did.
The Deathbringer eventually brought them to one of the areas where the disappearances were happening, explaining that theses parts of Mederi haven't been explored for aeons, and that every exhibition party that was sent never returned.
Stardrive got a bit scared, as not knowing who caused the disappearances made her fear of what could be in their. Auxin wasn't scared in the slightest, and noted that he hopes that they're caused by Dier Wraiths, so that he can finally fight one in combat.
Nikomi decided to split the groups into pairs, with Stardrive being paired up with Sata whilst Nikomi took Auxin with him, before going into said unexplored area, as they went deeper into the area, Stardrive only became more and more freaked out by the scenery, as this abandoned part of the planetoid got creepier by the minute.
All the while, Sata was on and off mocking her for being so scared, which made Stardrive all the more feel terrible. Eventually they reached a particularly delapitated complex within the planetoid, where they made a shocking discovery.
Infront of their eyes, were the dead bodies of many people, consisting mainly of the missing expedition teams and to Stardrive shock, some dead Cybertronians which her scanners indicated that their bodies have been here for millions of years.
Stardrive wondered what was responsible for killing all of these people, and if she could beat it considering the dead Cybertronians. Sata then said she spotted something, as the two came across a deactivated Deathbringer.
Said Deathbringer looked ancient, With Stardrive scanners indicating that it was hundreds of millions of years old. Sata proceeded to touch said Deathbringer, causing it to activate, and by extension the room, as it was consumed with a bright flash of light.
Stardrive felt her grip on reality slowly break away, as she was flooded with memories, good memories. In said memories, Stardrive was celebrating her birthday, alongside her parents and her friends, Auxin and Sata were saying nice things to her, and everyone loved her instead of seeing her as a monster.
However despite the fact that she likes all the happiness these memories were giving her, wanting them to be reality, one part of her mind recognised that said memories were false, and was desperately trying to bring her back to reality.
Eventually that part of her won as Stardrive got back to her senses, realising that they were both being levitated, Stardrive started blasting everywhere whilst trying to avoid hurting Sata, eventually she damaged critical equipment as the room deactivated, and the both of them fell.
Sata got back to her senses, and asked what just happened. Stardrive said she didn't know, but that they shouldn't be in this room any longer, planting a locator, the two of them decided to go back to the meeting point, as they figured it would be to dangerous to stay.
Back at said meeting point, Stardrive and Sata told their finding to Nikomi, Nikomi was both interested and disturbed by the nature of the room they come across, but was happy that the both of them was alright.
Nikomi said they should be leaving now, as he should file a report back on Elonia and have the pair sent to the medical ward to see if their were any lingering effects of the room that they had. As Stardrive and co prepared to leave, all that Stardrive could think of was that room.
What was it purpose, was it responsible for killing those people, why does it fill you with good false memories, and were she and Sata on the brink of being killed by it. All questions plagued Stardrive mind, amongst them being her biggest worry.
How many of these rooms are on this ship, and how many could have possibly died due to them...
