Spotlight: Gridlock
Another day on Blizzardtron, Gridlock thought to himself as he goes to the main control room of the Decepticon headquarters on the planet. Though the war has been tough, Gridlock appreciated the beauty of this planet, though his subordinates didn’t.
Gridlock walked to the monitor, where he received a call from Garboil. When being briefed on why he was calling, Gridlock was informed that he would be getting new bots stationed on the planet to help him in his assignment.
Snowcat overhears this and askes who would be coming, Gridlock isn’t too sure of himself but he’ll wait and see. Later Gridlock greets the new group along with Backfire and Snowcat, comprising of: Snare, Space case, Burnrate, Blowback, Abacus, and Deadbolt.
As Gridlock gave his new subordinates a tour round the base, Datamine requested that he should get to the main hall immediately. Once He was there, Datamine told his commander that they detected a signal of a bot nearby, Not wanting to take chances, Gridlock decided to Investigate.
He chose Abacus, Deadbolt and Burnrate to come with him and Snowcat while the rest stay at the base. As they prepared to roll out Gridlock wondered if the main Autobots forces have come to the planet, but he didn’t want to assume anything.
Snowcat guided the Decepticon group through the snow covered terrain of the planet. Burnrate complained about how cold the planet is, However Gridlock said that this planet is a great Jewel within the Decepticon Star empire, and that She should appreciate this world.
Once they got to the location, Deadbolt tried to see who’s the mysterious bot detected here. Abacus noticed that there was a small object in the sky and told his teammates to take cover as the object is revealed as it starts attacking, A Szorian DALST Tank!
As Abacus called for aid, The rest of the group tried to deal with the invader as they try to shoot down the Szorian vehicle. Gridlock noted to himself that the Szorian have long been gone when it came to power, and it made little sense that their weapons even still function.
Everything they tried to throw at it seemed to not work, Abacus tried to use his Ion Displacer, but Gridlock stopped him before he accidently hearted their teammates. The attacker only retreated when Space case and Snare arrived, but it seemed more of a recall.
They decided to go back to base, back their Gridlock reported this to his superiors, which was concerned. Though Gridlock himself didn’t see it in the battle, Space case arrived to inform her superiors that she noticed that the attacker had the insignia of Jhiaxus.
Meanwhile that same bot flew into a small craft, greeting his commander Jhiaxus, who congratulated Firecrest. Jhiaxus noted that Blizzardtron was a beautiful planet discovered by great explorer Thundersaur, and that his second Generation would rule the Cybertronian commonwealth, soon.

This must have happened before the events of The Scavengers vs Jhiaxus, as Jhiaxus is still alive and has his second Generation still in progress.
