Mystery of Sub-Alantica
Deep beneath the Atlantic ocean, The Decepticons Rampage, Overload, Barricade and Payload were investigating what is believed to be a deep sea Energon deposit that crew of the Nemesis hope to mine in order to get more Energon.
As the Decepticons searched the ocean floor using Energon detectors, Payload in particular was also enjoyed watching the various deep sea creatures of Earth oceans swam around him, reminding him of the time he visited Thuvia.
However whilst watching said wildlife he noticed an Energon signature nearby, following said signature to it's location, he eventually came across the source of the Energon they were detecting, which curiously seems to be a giant underwater city.
Before he could report this discovery to his teammates, an unusual squid and a group of unknown humanoids approached him, not knowing their intentions, he warmed up his weapons in-case they were hostile, however the squid told him that they mean no harm, as said squid transformed into a Maximal.
Introducing herself as Clawjaw, Clawjaw explained to Payload that he was at one of the many cities created by the Sub-Alanticans, and that she and the Sub-Alanticans were simply curious about Payload arrival to their city.
When Clawjaw asked about who Payload was, Payload proceeded to introduce himself and explain that he happened to stumble upon this city whilst looking for Energon for his cremates, however before Clawjaw could reply some Sub-Alantican guards arrived.
Informing Clawjaw that the King wanted to see the both of them. Clawjaw told Payload that the King of the Sub-Atlanticans wanted to see him, though he became a bit wary, he nevertheless agreed to meet the King as the both of them traveled to the Royal palace.
Meanwhile Overload, Barricade and Payload were investigating the mouth of a cave, Discovering what they believe to be Energon crystals, Overload noticed that Payload wasn't with them, and notified his teammates that Payload was missing.
Before they could go and find him however, they were attacked by the Neo-Knights, who were also in the area investigating something before they spotted the Decepticons. As the Decepticons and Neo-Knights fought one another, a stray beam of energy from Dynamo hit something deep within the cave, or more accurately a slumbering Hojoni.
Waking up from her slumber, she was quite mad at being woken up, and upon seeing the Decepticons and Neo-Knights fight one another, she used her telekinetic abilities in order to stop them fighting, keen on interrogating said trespassers.
Back at the royal palace, Payload arrived to the King Throneroom, Where he greeted the King upon seeing him. Returning the gesture, The King introduced himself as King Nergill and politely asked Payload to what bring him to his city.
Payload proceeded to introduce himself to King Nergill, before explaining(again) that he happened to encounter his beautiful city whilst looking for Energon for his cremates, satisfied with Payload answer, King Nergill told him as long as he didn't mean him or his people harm, he was free to stay at his city as long as he liked.
At the same time this was happening, Hojoni demanded to know why the Decepticons and Neo-Knights were disturbing her slumber. Rampage explained that they were simply trying to find Energon in this area when they were attacked by the Neo-Knights. Whilst Rapture explained that they were investigating a strange signal before they encountered the Decepticons.
Though satisfied with both their answers, Hojoni was still nevertheless mad as she prepared to incinerate them with Angolmois Fire. However before she could reduce them to ash Hojoni sensed something that required her immediate attention, and proceeded to let them go as she swam out of her cave to the surface.
Not wanting to fight the Neo-Knights further, Rampage and co used the opportunity to quickly escape from the cave. After making sure that they lost the Neo-Knights, Rampage remembered that Payload was still missing, and proceeded to call him.
Relieved when Payload answered his call, Rampage asked where he has been all this time, Payload apologising for wandering away from the group, and explained that he discovered something else while searching for Energon, and he will explain his findings once they get back to the rendezvous.
Happy that Payload was ok, Rampage told him to meet him back at the rendezvous point as soon as possible. Once he ended the call, He informed the King that he unfortunately had to leave now. Understanding this, The King wished him safe travels, and that he was always welcome at his city.
As he prepared to leave the City, he said goodbye to Clawjaw. Wanting to keep in touch, he asked Clawjaw if they could exchange comm numbers, which to his surprise Clawjaw agreed to, after giving each other their comm numbers, Payload left the city, as he headed to the rendezvous where his cremates were waiting for him.
