Mystery of the Omega Sentinels
On the Planet of Ki-Aleta, Maroontiff was teleported onto the planet via orbital jump alongside Cipher, as well as fellow archeologist Phantomnova, Noise Effect and Scissorkick, as they came here to not only explore this world, but also to investigate what happened to the Omega Sentinels.
As they traversed the planet, Maroontiff observed her surrounding, wondering what the strange red formations were. Meanwhile Cipher was enjoying exploring the planet, taking picture of whatever thing caught her interest.
Eventually the group reached the remains of an old temple-like structure, with Noise Effect planting a beacon near the entrance. Phantomnova exclaimed that this could be the find of the millennia, and Scissorkick hoped that this temple would offer some insight of what happened to the Omega Guardians.
The Group proceeded to entered the temple complex, with Cipher helping the rest of them against any traps. Whilst they traversed the complex, Maroontiff documented the hieroglyphic-like language on the walls and started to get a picture of the Omega Guardians history:
At the dawn of time, the Omega Guardians were created by a being called the Seeder of Worlds, who taught them the secrets of the Universe. With that Knowledge the Omega Guardians managed to build great things, and established an Empire across the Stars
Eventually the group got to the centre of the complex, where they could observe several giant statues, Cipher was amazed at how beautiful the room was, and Scissorkick started walking towards one of the statues, unintentionally causing said statues to activate.
Detecting the trespassers, the Stone statues sprung to life as it became clear that these states were in fact temple guards of some sort as they started attacking the group, with Cipher turning into her battle form in order to fight off the temple guards.
As the group defended themselves against the temple Guardians, Maroontiff make sure to scan all the surfaces and the temple guardians in order to keep copies of the text on the walls in case they were destroyed, learning about the fait of the Omega Guardians in the process:
However, Soon the Omega Guardians became bored with reality, having spread across the universe and turned it into their personal kingdoms. Seeking more knowledge, the found out the existence of the Higher realms, and decided they wanted to ascend to that reality.
Pooling all the knowledge they had, they eventually figured out how to ascend, and with that, The Omega Guardians left this reality for the Higher realms, leaving their works in this reality to the winds of time as their civilisation disappeared overnight.
Eventually, Cipher managed to destroy all of the Temple Guards, with Maroontiff and co being conflicted of being happy that she dealt with the treat for good, and the destruction of possible priceless artefacts.
Maroontiff then explained what she managed to learn from the complex, and everyone began discussing the finding at hand, with some being skeptical on how real the events the writings described are, whilst others believed it wholeheartedly.
Cipher said they should be going now, as it would be dangerous to stay on the planet just by themselves, despite wanting to lean more, the other agreed, and they orbitally jumped back to the Heart of Maderan, which was orbiting the planet.
All the while in the Higher Realms the Omega Guardians were watching them, with many noting how the Cybertronians resemble their creator Quintus Prime
